Payments
We accept online payments through approved payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
Customers choosing COD must ensure availability at the delivery address and make full payment at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only, subject to courier service coverage.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days, depending on location and external factors.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated during order confirmation. Additional charges for remote areas will be informed in advance.

Order Cancellation & Failed Deliveries
Customers may cancel their orders before the order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.
Orders may be cancelled if delivery is not possible, payment fails, or the customer is unreachable.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD deliveries may result in the restriction of COD service.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details may attract re-delivery charges.
Orders returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts may be cancelled without a refund of shipping charges.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Nannool will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared when available, depending on the courier service used.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
